I created a group a week or so back and added a bunch of friends to it; then I made it into an xbox clan. I was promoting a few people, and all of a sudden I'm no longer the founder of the Clan/group? Can I get some assistance please?

Edited by Kell of Kellogs: 1/20/2016 2:49:50 AMIn order to regain founder status, the current founder will have to promote the future founder (you) to an admin. Then Demote all other admin to regular members and leave the group. The founder status will then be passed to the only remaining admin. At this point rejoin the group and have founder re-promote everyone.

Edited by Lostypoo: 1/20/2016 2:49:06 AMOk to get back your ownership you will need to join the clan again and get promoted to admin and have the founder leave and you will be promoted you will have to be the only admin though See more info here: Founder info : https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12453 More info on groups: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12612
When you leave a Group, the "Founder" status is given to the next Admin or remaining user. To get your Founder status back, instruct the current Founder to promote you to Admin, and temporarily demote the rest of the Admins, leaving you as the only Admin. Have the current Founder leave the Group to pass the Founder status to you. You can then let them back into the Group, and promote all of your Admins again. Please note, these instructions are best done through a web browser on Bungie.net, as the Android and iOS applications currently have limited functionality for Group management.
