Engrams decoding WAAAAY too low.
I don't know about anyone else, but I have been playing strikes for about six hours now, and I've decoded approx 60-70 engrams total.
Not a damn one, rare, legendary, or exotic has decoded above 290. Seriously, what the hell?? My character is 310, NONE of my equipment is below 298, and yet I'm getting stuff at 260-280. Really? Is anyone else having this happen to them?

I agree. Been stuck at 295 for months. Shouldn't have to raid to get past 290... Specially with all the raid arseholes that expect you to have run the raid before and drop you from the group. It's so difficult to get in a group as a first timer. Some of us have only just started playing so come on and give us a fecking break...
