Crota's End dropping Lion Dancer?

I have noticed that shaders show different ways to obtain them based off whether you're in the app or online at bungie.net. For example lion dancer. App shows it is obtained from defeating Crota in Crotas End. The website says cryptarch packages. There are several more.
