The History of Light Part 2

Here we see true hatred of Dredgen Yor bringing up the the power to summon, what just might have been the actual first ever Golden Gun. Were this to actually be the case it would explain why Golden Gun is actually the Last Word. But looking closer at Shin’s Golden Gun we see it is of the more conventional type as well, so what exactly made Ana different? Her Light. Like I said previously, we are infused with Light, we wield it as a weapon, but to do that we forge it into one first. This is commonly seen in the common nine shapes as Golden Gun, Shadowshot, Arc Blade, Nova Bomb, Radiance, Stormtrance, Ward of Dawn, Fist of Havoc, and Hammer of Sol. Each of these a sword in our hands, forged by our hands, and as students of Light to the Vanguard we model our swords after theirs, the shape, the weight, the style. But what of the people who came before teachers? The ones who forged their swords first? Well there are a few that i can confidently say fit this description. Erianna-3, Ulan-Tan, Ana Bray, and of course Saint-14, there are other’s that are less easily tied to the points I will make. As i said there are other Guardians that have unique Light, Erianna-3 is a good example of one as she was a Praxic Warlock, and one who burned brightest saving a friend. This suggests that the Heart of Praxic Fire is actually her robes because of it’s flavor text
”In that moment she seemed wholly luminescent as the Sun, and i wished to be so brave.”
This suggests that Erianna-3 actually made her Radiance regenerate her melee and grenade abilities even faster. Next i mention Ulan-Tan, a Warlock I’ve spoken about before in previous posts, was one who founded the faction Symmetry. He believed the Darkness was a cosmic balance to the Traveler, Warlocks can also wear his Burial Ring as a bond, which has a striking resemblance to the Alchemist’s Raiment. These Warlock robes convert ammo into glimmer and suggest that was actually a hidden power of Ulan’s. Ana Bray we’ve already covered, and the last was likely even with her as she did it, Saint-14. Everyone know’s what he does. Entering a Ward of Dawn set by Saint-14’s Light blinds them. So by wearing the remnants of those we’ve lost, if only temporarily, we can actually readjust our Light to match theirs. The same could be said for Celestial Nighthawk, The Ram, and Helm of Insmost Light. All these exotics could have once been owned by a lost Guardian who perfected their Light in such a way that it imprinted into their armor. And that’s all i have for you today Guardians, this is your friendly neighborhood AnonPig, and i’ll see you next time.
