My Fellow Warlocks let me Enlighten you...

I am Toland the Shattered master of hive arcana and this is some advice from a very experienced warlock... ..::PVE::.. I use bad juju A LOT on my warlock my main pve build is...
Stormcaller(Impossible Machines): - storm grenade - focused burst - super conductor - rising storm - feedback - arc web you will be surprised at the devastation storm grenade causes when paired with arc web and use feedback to your advantage you can purposely let thrall hit you to get a free super charging melee off and rinse and repeat until you're completely charged.
Another stormcaller option is a chain lightning build utilizing Zhalo Supercell...
Stormcaller(Claws of Ahamkara): - arcbolt grenade - focused burst - superconductor - chain lightning - feedback - arcweb This build is also very good at clearing adds all of your offensive abilities DMG more than one target at a time and any double kill with zhalo adds a chunk to your super bar it doesn't have to be a result of the random chain lightning so you will be getting regular supers with this build as well so this is a good alternative to bad juju.
My go to voidwalker build I use is...
Voidwalker(Obsidian Mind): - scatter grenade - blink - shatter - soul rip - annihilate - bloom with this build you want to be using your nova bomb whenever you have it because the quicker you use it the quicker you'll have another because this build just rolls with the devastation and combining annihilate with bloom makes scatter grenade from kinda good to amazing its almost like having another super. Also whenever using shatter it launches your novabomb in a cascade to the right not all at once so by pulling sharply to the left at launch causes a tighter spread and pulling sharply to the right causes a much wider spread.
As for sunsinger I avoid self res because the more you play without it the less you need it or rely on it the only time I would use it is in raids with instant wipe mechanics such as Oryx's clap or if you're going for a tlaloc build. Other than that I run two sunbro pve builds one for bosses or higher health and higher level enemies and the other is for clearing adds and doing lower level content or quick orb generation.
Sunsinger(Heart of Praxic Fire): - firebolt grenade - focused burst - radiant skin - flame shield - radiant will - gift of the sun/touch of flame This build makes for an easy to use and long lasting strong super that can clear low ranking enemies out quickly. Depending on your discipline you can get away with not using gift of the sun and instead use touch of flame for some extra DPS.

Sunsinger(Starfire Protocol): - fusion grenade - focused burst - radiant skin - flame shield - radiant will - touch of flame This build has crazy single target DPS it keeps constant damage on while chipping away huge chunks of health it is a great boss killer and has high soloing potential.
All of my warlock builds use a int disc focused stat spread the only time I can think of using a disc str stat spread would be on a sunsinger if you do opt for a tlaloc self res build because you will rarely be using your super so the stats are better spent in str. I recommend using bad juju to start until you are completely supercharged then swapping to tlaloc afterwards. A quick view of a tlaloc pve/pvp build would be something like...
Sunsinger(Claws of Ahamkara): - firebolt grenade - focused burst - fireborn - flame shield - viking funeral - touch of flame
..::PVP::.. As always I use bad juju it essentially gives you a 27 bullet per kill budget because it will instantly refill and also gain a crowd control style DMG buff on each kill allowing you to mow through multiple targets all while charging your super, and preferably a sniper my favorite being Defiance of Yasmin due to it's generous aim assist and it's amazingly open scope. I've gotten 39 kills with this set up before and almost never have less than 25 while using this...
Stormcaller(apotheosis veil/impossible machines/voidfang vestments): - storm grenade - focused burst - ionic blink - rising storm - transcendence - electrostatic mind this is my power house, storm grenade is one of the hardest hitting grenades in the crucible and covers a large area and it strikes in two waves giving it a sense of erratic and surprising behavior. Most people won't know which way to run if you land it right behind them or at there feet and the second wave cleans up the mess making for an easy kill. Ionic blink is the only viable PvP choice in my opinion the mobility it provides makes up for all of this supers weaknesses most people will either run or try to burst you but a lateral blink is very disorienting giving you the opportunity to melt them. All of this coupled with transcendence brings your super from 15 seconds up to 23 seconds giving you ample time to blink around and clear a whole section of any map. Apotheosis veil year 2 fills your grenade and melee energy which guarantees transcendence every time! Impossible machines have a secret blinding effect built into them and landfall is like a free fist of havoc using these will allow you to safely pop your super in a crowd of enemies while at the same time causing some splash damage. You can use landfall while hovering high above someone to get some unexpected aerial kills with it. It would also be totally viable to run voidfang vestments with an int str stat spread to achieve transcendence as well. Its all personal preference or whatever is available to you.
Stormcaller is not all about the super though they have possibly the best neutral game out of all of the classes, boasting the longest range melee in the game and very solid grenade options. Which brings me to my CQC build, for this particular build you will need a decent shotgun with a perk called "up close and/or personal".
Stormcaller(claws of Ahamkara): - arcbolt grenade - focused burst - ionic blink - amplitude - feedback - perpetual charge This build is all about the neutral game. The premise is that the perk up close and/or personal will trigger on ANY DMG done by that shotgun including if its an out of range shot that only does 1 measly DMG per pellet it will still give your melee more of a kick about 25% more to be precise and with amplitude that allows you to pull off ridiculous long range shotgun melee combo kills that not even a conspiracy theory-D can compete with you will rule the mid to close ranges and perpetual charge will feed your grenades along the way which with arcbolt are incredibly easy to land hits with and thus charge back up that op melee. With this build you do have the option of using tlaloc to great effectiveness if you don't mind holding off on your super and tlaloc will cover your long ranges really well or what I prefer to use is Monte Carlo with this build when combined with claws of Ahamkara there is no reason you shouldn't have a melee charge up at all times.
Before ttk I was a die hard fan of voidwalker and its time for it to shine again with the return of a few exotics primarily the ram and universal remote, voidwalker is an awesome fast paced PvP experience if your not getting in the enemies face and playing super aggressive with it your not using it right voidwalker is one of two classes with blink and no this doesn't mean blink shotgun everyone all it means is your very evasive and mobile...
Voidwalker(the ram): - axion bolt - blink - lance - surge - angry magic - embrace the void This is another build all about the neutral game blink makes you fast so staying in very close range is easy and having the ram makes it favorable the beauty of this exotic is not the armor bonus but the guaranteed heal on any melee in a close range fight you should win most of the time. Universal remote is actually the best shotgun in the game... To the trained eye that is, you will always spawn with ammo and it's unique perk actually provides twice the range buff of the normal rangefinder and the bonus precision DMG can cause some ridiculous one hit kills. If it doesn't kill in one shot you follow up with a melee bringing yourself back up to full health and getting a temporary speed boost to move onto the next enemy. Most people will do all they can to avoid being rushed so always couple universal remote with a sidearm and don't forget you have it a stubborn shotgunner is an easy kill so if they stay out of range then you pull out a sidearm I recommend havoc pigeon. All the while your drain will be giving you axion bolt after axion bolt to use to herd the enemy giving you the control in the encounter. Lance with angry magic is capable of cross map kills, and lance leaves your opponent with very little reaction time. If you blink while starting up nova bomb you will essentially skip your wind up animation and come out of blink as your lance launches. This build works just as well with invective and a primary of your choice.
For sunsinger I use the tlaloc build listed above it is one of the few builds that is versatile enough that it can perform the same in PvE as it does in PvP without needing any changes. As far as Trials goes most of these build will be just as effective with the stag or light beyond nemesis and you should swap to your lingering grenade in trials when faced with a team that is sniping ie. pulse grenade, vortex grenade, and solar flare. These grenades when thrown on an orb cause the revived teammate to not spawn at their orb but at a random point around the grenade so you can avoid being revive sniped.
