Hello. I turned in like 7 bounties or so yesterday and, just like always, I selected my gear for upgrade, turned my bounties in, and none of them had any progress towards upgrading. My hunter arms had 10% left of the last upgrade perk before I turned any bounties in. After turning 2 bounties in I figured that would be enough to complete that upgrade and swap to another new arm piece I had received so I could start upgrading it, but I was still at 10% left. Turned 2 more in, same thing. Checked all my other gear to see where they were at, turned the rest of my bounties in, same thing, still nothing. Also, the 1st perk of the second column if my ToO weapons, once it has been readied for upgrade, it won't let me do it. I have to wait for the 2nd perk below in that column to show fully upgradeable before I can upgrade it. Not a biggie, but at least I'm getting credit for those bounties. Lastly, recently while going to the vault I'm getting caught in a loop when I try to leave, it just re-posts the same screen I just saw instead of letting me leave. Pressing the touch pad finally frees me. Again, no biggie, just figured I'd let you know. Thanks!
