No Quest from Banshee-44
I am not getting any quest from banshee-44 after reaching rank 2? Anyone else?

Need to hit rank 2 to get the special. Rank 3 for the exotic primary. And rank 5 for the first curse.

I didn't get my quest from Banshee until I was half way through rank 2. Bug maybe? Or maybe it's just suppose to be like that? I'm not sure.
