I got this scout rifle in the last iron banner! I didn't think IB would drop something at that high of light. In addition the perks are just perfect. triple tap, hand-laid stock, and outlaw. Also it has 15 in the mag which in fairly high for the high impact scouts. I love it in both PVE and PVP. PVP it needs to be used in medlong to long range but can beat out snipers if I can hit them first to mess up their aim. This plus a good shotgun and machine gun is a very fun weapon setup.
