Going from Xbox One to PS4
When I go to the PS4 platform, will I be considered as a Referee or will I still be considered as a Veteran?

If you are starting fresh then you will be a referee. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13962 Important note: Your Xbox account (characters, progress and gear) will not transfer to PS4
