What is the best Fallout?

fallout 4 is my first fallout

New Vegas. Compared to 3 (in my opinion) it did basically everything better--yes, including story & atmosphere. Compared to 4 (in my opinion) a lot of things were better, though things like Power Armor, weapon customization, and building were better in 4. Of course, I haven't beat 4 quite yet, as I've been pretty busy, but still.
