Need someone who can run my XB1 clan I founded, I run several other clans on the PS3 and PS4, with a small xbox live under 18s clan with someone running that for me too. The structure of the clan is formed around it's members signing up to the groupme app chat room. Anyone who hasn't signed up can't get a clan tag. And people who aren't clan members can't join the groupme. It's a great chat app with useful features, events can be set up using a calendar feature with members selecting if they are attending or not. Weekly static raid groups will be set up for clan members only, once enough Active members have joined. We're not elitists, so anyone of any skill can sign up. Only over 18s can be clan members, but clan members from the under 18s will also be allowed into the same chat room and raid groups providing they don't annoy people too much. You will be in charge of recruiting additional admins to help you as the group grows. When the clan reaches it's limit a second clan will be set up for you to manage. The groupme app supports upto 200 people in a single chat room. You'll be supported all the way by myself, and a seperate Admin group where you can use the information contained there to help or ask one of the other admins for advice on anything destiny related. This will take up a lot of time to begin with, the more time you have devoted the quicker the clan will grow.
