Hawkmoon and Hand Cannons.
Hawkmoon has always and will always be my most favorite exotic along with Gjallerhorn. It has been with me through daily heroics, vangaurd strikes, nightfalls and raids. I understand some of the nerfs it's gotten but the last two to hawkmoon and hand cannons i don't understand. As of right now i can get a legendary hand cannon (eyasluna) with better stats(range+stability) and perks then hawkmoon and that doesn't make much sense to me. I know it shouldn't snipe across like bastion or first light but i should be able to hit you accurately across pantheon or shores of time. It should have decent range and accuracy to compete with pulse rifles. I thought exotics were supposed to be top of the class. Do you think hawkmoon should be nerfed or buffed? Should legendary hand cannons be buffed? What is your opinion?

the changes that are going to happen in December to Hawkmoon are absolutely disgraceful. As you said, there's no point in Hawkmoon being an exotic anymore. They are throwing that gun into the furnace with no regard to its nobility and the fact that (in my opinion) its by far the best looking gun... I made a topic in Feedback about Hawkmoon, one can only hope they're gonna listen... as for HCs, I would hope they're going to buff them a bit, since they made them mostly useless... my scout can hit almost as hard as HCs and has a better RoF and 4x as many bullets, not to mention the magazine.... so yeah... im completely there with you... To me it feels like when it comes to HCs, they're not thinking about the PvE aspect *at all*... Hawkmoon was the only one that was worth bringing to a PvE with an assurance that you're still on par with other people. With the changes, thats gonna be a thing of the past and I'm gonna be forced to use Imago Loop or hope for a good drop of the one HC from Iron Banner with some range perk... Well, as I said.. right there with you man...
