Disembodied Soul and how do I report him?
this guy Disembodied Soul reported me, and gave me a warning, and a 3 day sentence, and I did nothing to him, I don't even know him, so how do I report him, because he's being kind of a ass

Although he doesn't provide neat responses like he used to on the old perlbin site surely the Soul can still hold a conversation.
