1 ReplyHow about no. Referring a friend to play destiny is like inviting your friend to come to your job and help you work....for little to no reward. Also I feel like I would loose friends this way.

Either you still playing it or not. Most of my friends are smart to check on the forums or you tube for reviews before buying anything. So you can't just say this is a cool game when you have so much negative reviews out there. Ie if my friend goes to Eb games the person work there won't recommend Destiny then what do you say? How about a friend did buy it but didn't like it do you reimbursement his money because you said is good. Bungie focus on your game stop this nonsense. Enable trading of weapons and armors, improve loots drop and allow match making to all activities! Such as NF, raid and ToO.

I referred 5 people for this game. One within 30 days of TTK's release whom I gave $20 because I felt guilty. Not one are still playing. Bungie, I've given you more time than any other game I've ever played. I've given you people who I knew were casuals when there multiple raids and events to do. Now.... there's not enough to do.

I had 3 friends (people I actually know) buy destiny in month 2 of year 1. Not one of them was playing 4 days later. Wish I had seen what they saw but let's face it, year 1 destiny had little to no competition meaning there wasn't anything worth playing. Now that other games I actually want to play are out, I can move on and drop destiny and their terribly inept and underwhelming psychologically designed digital gambling simulator.

15 RepliesThis would all be fixed if Bungie would simply raise Skolas's Revenge and the old raids loot to the current level cap of 310 for easy mode and 320 for hard/heroic mode.

Several friends have asked me if they should buy Destiny ever since it was released, and despite the fact that i like the game a lot i've always said no. Some of them play games casually and i feel like this game would be too much of a grind for them, while others like PvP but i can't recommend it for them either, the game has been out for more than a year and after all the patching the crucible is still a constant lag fest.
