Iron Banner drops and rank packages
Are there specific things you can only get with the rank packages? Can you get the helm or boots as a drop?

You'll only get what he's selling or rarely the ship as a drop. You can get anything from the rank 5 package. I got all 3 to rank 5. Got a 314 Nirwins on my Titan, 319 cloak on my hunter, and a 310 bond on my Warlock. Very happy with the new rewards system.
