Does anybody know where to find Etheric Light and Ascendant Shards? I

Why would you be looking for those?

Etheric light is obtained by doing Challenge 34 and Challenge 35 on Prison of Elders. They are guaranteed if you complete those two. Ascendant Shards and Energy is obtained through Vault of glass. At your level. It should be a piece of cake.
