well to make an F6 would require a huge low an high presure system and the stongest updraft in the history of the planet.....319 M.P.H winds would destory everything and the base would be at least 3 miles wide......The supercell to produce that tornadoes would have to have basketball size hail and in theroy about 3-4 inch of rain an hour.....it isn't likly though because of the pure amount of sunlight that would be needed to build up this supercell. EDIT: and if you took offence to me calling your area redneck i am sorry...some of oklahoma is really quite nice.....i was hoping to study tornadoes but my math skills suck so i had to get rid of that dream....although i do plan on coming down there in about 2 years. Good thing I wasn't sleeping, I would have most defenateley -blam!- myself.

It gets crazy sometimes here.

HA!!!!! i live in central florida. I went through 3 hurricanes in 2004 (last year for u tarts out there). 1st hurricane- no power for 6 days 2nd hurricane- no power for 5 days luckily my family still had water (some poor souls didnt) sure we didnt have school....... but those missed days carried on into our summer vacation and christmas break. Hurricane Francis was the worst one did that sound like i was bragging? Cause thats just retarded. As u can see my power company suks [Edited on 6/23/2005]

If you love that, the you will heart a CAT 5 hurricane blowing over you. It's like a tornado, but much longer, bigger, and wetter. Hmmmm, we should be getting one this summer.

Here is an excerpt from the fujita scale on an F6 tornado: F6 Inconceivable tornado 319-379 mph These winds are very unlikely. The small area of damage they might produce would probably not be recognizable along with the mess produced by F4 and F5 wind that would surround the F6 winds. For the Redneck part I live in a suburban community and I love to fish.

I have seen tornadoes go past my house, and everytime there is a thunderstorm I am the person who is outside watching it no matter what time it is. In fact, my interest for severe weather is leading me into a meteorology career.[/quote] 2 things....first off it was an F5....i know because i studied it for a project and my dad and i do some research for local paper......and i would love to live near you guys but (and i am not saying you are) i am not a fan of rednecks and living on a farm in the middle of no where....i love the suburbs.

I have seen tornadoes go past my house, and everytime there is a thunderstorm I am the person who is outside watching it no matter what time it is. In fact, my interest for severe weather is leading me into a meteorology career.
