The Salt Shaker! It's exactly what it sounds like. It's a heavy weapon, and you can use it in one of two ways. It's like the Queenbreakers Bow, where you have to choose between 2 combat situations. You can either sprinkle it all over the ground, and anybody who steps inside the salt will stop moving and the cooldowns on all their abilities will go down to ZERO. The other option is to jump above your enemy and drop a handful of salt on top of their heads. They would become blinded, and they would lose their shield. It has a small salt-capacity. You can have 10 seconds to sprinkle it on the ground, or you have 3 throws. As an added bonus, maybe you've been reported for being unfriendly by many people. You would get the Salt Shaker, as punishment from Bungie. You'd be forced to use it for a full week, not being allowed to use any other exotic or switch your heavy weapon.
