I was so excited when I first heard that the Dreadnaught was some "loot filled fortress" and was even more-so when I saw the amount of chests hidden throughout the area. It's a shame that the chest literally get you nothing. Maybe a legendary engram here and there... A reciprocal rune sometimes... Worm Spore which you already have endless amounts of... I should feel excited when I'm opening a chest that I worked to get a key for.
Agonarch Runes aren't as bad. They're great when you're a lowish level, you get a good amount of things from them.
Court of Oryx runes follow the same trend. Great for leveling, useless once you're 300 light. I guess it's good when you're low on weapon parts/armor materials.
These things sounded great in theory, they got me excited when I first heard about them, but they kind of feel like they're just taking up space in the game. "There's this cool thing I could do but there's not really any point". And then there are the things that you want to do regardless of the fact that there's no point, like Prison of Elders, Crotas End and Vault of Glass... But because you're so focused on leveling that you don't want to waste any time, you ignore them. There is so much great, rich content that is just sitting there collecting dust...
