Is it normal to get nothing at all from the KF raid?
Yesterday I've finished the KF raid 3 times with 25 moldering shards in my inventory. From what I understood it's possible to get nothing from the raid, but for some reason I didn't even get anything with the shards.
It's not only that, because after killing Oryx my moldering shards weren't taken away and I still didn't get any reward. So after the first time that happened I decided to do another one and hope for the best. Maybe it was a bug? But nope. After completing it 3 times yesterday I didn't get a single thing from any chest/boss, even while I was running around with 25 shards. Today I decided to give it another shot, but nothing changed.
Am I doing something wrong? Am I supposed to do a specific thing/action with the shards? Is there a limit to the amount of shards I can carry with me? Is there a reward limit for each character for each day?

Ive done it 2 times and only gotten the hand cannon, 4 shards and emblem

No Nightfalls now drop the worst rewards in the game. Also there is a 47% chance when you beat oryx with 20 or more moldering shards he will laugh at you, take the 20 shards out of your inventory and give you 2 shards in return. This is Bungies way to remind you of the old raids and all the shard rewards that drop in old raids. Bungie trolls. #sarcasm ........[spoiler]yet I do speak some truth. [/spoiler]
