I thought Bungie said they were making Xur more diverse with his weekly loot grabs? So far this Expansion he has been pretty crappy, he's sold the Legacy Heavy Weapon engram 3 times in a row, he sold the helmet engram 2 weeks now, he sold the Insurmountable skull fort for the titans 2 weeks now, and one week he didn't even sell an engram for the current season, just a hand cannon, which is a pretty big middle finger to people who don't like to use hand cannons. Seriously what the hell's going on.
