I feel dumb for posting this, but I'm just confused because I thought I noticed the perks on vendor armor rotate a couple weeks ago, but this week they seem to show the same perks as last week. Do these perks rotate from week to week? I know the weapon perks do not. Just want clarification on the armor. Also, in regards to weapons, I know the perks stay the same, but can the weapon damage type (Arc, Solar, Void) rotate from week to week? Thanks in advance for any answers.
