[b]Hive:[/b]
[b]Paladin:[/b]
Hive that resemble Knights but have much more slender armour and have jagged skeletal ribs curled around their torso and emerging from the back of their heads. Paladins also carry a long spine covered spear, with a large curved blade on both sides.
While primarily attacking with melee, Paladins can hurl a Darkness grenade that explodes after a brief period, blinding anyone caught in the blast in addition to the damage. When surrounded, they can use their spears in a 360 degree spinning attack to clear so space or can stomp the ground, creating a focused kinetic blast in front of them.
[b]Hound:[/b]
Hounds serve as extensions of the symbiotic worms within members of the species. By fusing two Hive Knights together, a new soldier, capable of running down enemies that flee from battle, is born. Hounds feature the upper body of a Knight but it's legs are replaced a twisted, clawed appendages. This limbs are powerful enough to allow the Hound to sprint across the battlefield and leap across obstacles.
Hounds can be equipped with a number of weapons, the traditional Hive Boomer and dual short swords, that while lacking the heavy power of a Cleaver, are just as lethal when swung at high speeds. Another weapon exclusive to the Hound, is the Reaper, a heavy weapon that fires burst of Arc damage over long distances. Hounds can also perform slashes with its legs, to prevent it being attacked from any side.
[b]Fallen:[/b]
[b]Pariah:[/b]
Fallen Assassins that migrate between the Houses, travelling to whoever provides prizes, Ether or glory, and leaving only the dead behind. Despised by all, it takes a Kell's authority to call these outcasts and a Kell's wrath is all that may keep them in line. Resembling a Captain, Pariah's masks are mostly featureless and their cloaks often cover their heads and torso's.
Pariah's employ abilities similar to some Fallen Captains, including teleportation and cloaking. However, they carry weapons that a crafted from ancient Eliksni technology, looted or "rewarded" from Houses they have served. They are often very varied and can appear in a variety of damage types.
They can be armed with a long handled chain-sword, a triple barrelled Auto-Rifle, a long range Sniper-Rifle or a heavy rotary cannon. All of these can be either Solar, Void or Arc damage.
[b]Butcher:[/b]
A large Fallen that has been elevated due to their experience in hunting beasts and other creatures during the Fallen conquest of space. Butchers are a deadly force on the battlefield, able to withstand massive surges of damage and slice through the toughest armour, be it beast or machine. They also mount the skulls and bones of their prey on to the bodies, carving it into symbols of their respective houses and even changing their helmets to resemble the roaring faces of predators.
True to their name, Butchers carry massive swords into battle. Often charging straight at their enemy, they can employ a Kinetic Repeller to temporarily become resistant to damage and even deflect projectiles. If the target is too far away to attack with their sword, they can hurl Arc Grenades over long distances.
