Max stats (ea; INT) on a item?
Example, the INT stat range for Crest of Alpha Lupi mentions 41-110 on armory.
Is this with the INT perk already counted in as a max cap? Or will the bonus from PERK go beyond this cap?
This is something im wondering, because i have a 107 INT version.
