Daily Mission
So if you complete the special part of the daily within 10 minutes of start, you receive the quest for Year 2 Gally.
The quest wasn't too hard. All you have to do is break down 2 year one gally's and you'll recieve it.
Hope I helped anyone who didn't figure this out! (On my Titan btw)
