Twice after entering the area to hunt Skolas I ra domly became the respawn wisp without any warning or damage. I wasnt able to see the button prompt for respawning so sitting there waiting for something to happen, nothing did. Eventually I pushed buttons and I respawned. Went back in, it happened again around the same spot on the path up to the right. There was no feedback to make me think I should be dying so it strikes me as a bug but who knows.
