I really liked the concept with Variks that once you had high enough reputation with him you would receive weekly packages. I think it would be an awesome idea to incorporate that into the factions ( Crucible and Vanguard included ) as long as the person has high favor with them, such as being rank 25 or higher. It makes grinding faction rep more rewarding and lessens the grind for those individuals. If anyone has ideas on how to further tweak this idea feel free to comment :)
