o.O I haven't read many of the posts...but i have to tell you...the new maps are frikken AWESOME. (I was in LA so nya) Expect alot more creativity in game play, becasue these maps really test your tactical sense. Relic, for instance, is really small, but at the same time has a lot of wide open space, with a tower in the middle, so it forces you to rethink what to do. ...And don't try got o too far into the water...you'll die, as Mrsmiley found out tha hard way... I hope Skiska shows Frankie that steel Halo plate I gave him in LA...that thing was awesome.

Hey Sparhawk... you obviously didnt read the whole article or you skipped the extra part of the maps. Somewhere close to the part where they said when the map pack comes out for sale they also said it will be downloadable the same day. So the only part we are waiting for is the day that we can download it. JULY 5TH!!!!! ALL THOSE UPDATES OF WONDERING AND FINALLY THEY TELL US!!!!! HOO-RAH!!!!!

Head to Head Brutes SUCKS! Awful game, and if rumble brutes ever makes it into matchmaking I will quit rumble pit forever... lets make something really interesting like rumble needlers or ruble plasma pistols, oh wait, something retarded like that already exists it's called "Rumble Pistols" please make the game take more skill and get rid of crap like that. Newb combo's... i.e. PP/Mag, always are annoying.

I know this sounds stupid, but on Target.com they said the map pack was coming out on May 25th. So, of course I went there at 9 am to get it! Well, I went there, and I didn't see it. I asked a person at the front desk, and they didn't know anything about a Halo 2 "map pack", just Halo 2. It was frustrating to go next door to EB and find out it wasn't coming out til late June, early July. Hearing this makes me want to just wait until July for the maps for free. I mean $20 really isn't a whole lot for like 7 new maps but still, I'd like them NOW. It's been 6 months now since Halo 2 came out. I'm not trying to complain but NO ONE knows the true date to when this map pack is coming out and I'd like to know an exact date, or someone to just go ahead and push the little red button that ships out all the copies of the map pack cd. The BR's on Coagulation isn't a big deal to me. It's ok. The little glitches like superjumping onto Zanzibar isn't all that big of a deal to me. You can snipe them if you have the sniper and are on the other side of the map ... however I realize your little bomb guy will probably be helpless without you, but the rocket guy only has about 6 rockets to shoot if he's lucky, so just bare with his amount, it's not a big deal ... or go up there and kill him yourself ;) (fyi this is the best idea). Thank you Bungie for this game, that's really all I have to say. I've been playing it since February and I can't stop, I play it at least once every day. It's an awesome way to save money too. Every time I see an FPS out for sale, I say to myself, "Halo 2 is better." And it just keeps getting better. [Edited on 5/26/2005]

why in the hell would anyone care if you went to E3 what are you going to show people? how buggie your next game is going to be? what in the hell is the point in that we have already seen it in your first two major hits. Lets face it bungie has been around for a while sure you guys are going to make a major hit but it wasn't a very good one. Yes you brought first person shooters to the next lvl but you did a piss poor job of it. So as far as bungie goes I wouldn't pay a F#$K$#g nickle to see anyone of you in person because i would end up in jail for beat the SH#T out of your -blam!- ass's

when new001 told me that you were working on fixing "aimbot" i very nearly kissed him the graphics on gemeni were amazing the setup for terminal was perfict and the fact that i got to watch my friend get RAPED by 2 chicks from pms bravo and hear him say how he got the most kills for and that it was his team mates fault for the next hour and you guys should have gone to lunch with me and the chicks from pms i paid and it was way better that the convention center hamburgers $8.36 what a joke

Only the offense could do that, which would only hurt them. If a wraith owns your whole team in the base after you manage to let the offense get it, you’re retarded, although it shouldn't be in that map. Let them put snipes where they want, I’d rather have no beams than get newb combo’d every 2 seconds (PP/BR), also, if you think 1 snipe is capable of determining the outcome of the game with 12 shots, how will 2 make it better if one team happens upon both of them? That would be way worse. The sword definitely sucks now when there’s some lag, I’ll give you that. Killed by the Guardians =’s Halo’s way of saying “you shouldn’t have died, something weird happened, so we won’t give a kill to the other team” Being “splattered” doesn’t inherently mean death due to vehicle run-overage, it means you got smashed/blowed up real good by something other than a rocket or nade and the kill should be awarded to someone. If you’re getting owned by nades in rumble swords, throw some back, they’re part of the game and a good defense against sword ppl. Since when do you lose a level if you lag out/quit??? As far as I know, it just moves you to last on your team. Oh, and read the FAQ on matchmaking to know how the system works, there probably weren’t many ppl at your level on at the time you were getting paired with levels about 3 or 4 above yours. -Skin Cancer P.S.
