You think its in the game? If it is how do we get it? I ask this because it looks really unique, and its perk sounds promising. Also since the touch of malice doesn't appear to have a "readable" grimoire card this makes me feel like this weapon could exist since it appears to be hidden just like the touch of malice and sleeper stimulant are. But maybe its not in the game, but just asking on peoples opinions.
