Dear bungie, It might be better to make the postmaster account wide, instead of class or character specific in some cases. For example with promotional or collectors content. There is a lot of chaos about this content, because with some promotional packs, if you grab them from the postmaster, all your characters have shaders for example, but with some you have to collect them on specific characters. This is very confusing and can lead to issues, like players not getting their content. I had this same problem as stated in this post: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/155094163/0/0/1. By doing this, you will prevent these kind of things from happening and imo that's really important to keep your paying customers satisfied.
