Psion Flayer Cloak
So I know that you kill the Psion with the cloak that you want, but in which activities does it drop? I know they drop during the Heroic Strike Playlist, I've heard they've dropped in the Vanguard Strike Playlist as well, but can I select the actual strike on Mars and farm for it? I really want one, but I'm kind of tired of hoping the actual strike will pop-up in the playlists.
