Toland's Legacy.

Here you go Ikora. The fragment you asked for. A guardian found this on his travels beneath the hellmouth, and pieced it together along with what he heard on the dreadnaught. Eris refuses to speak on it, but she seems... Stricken. -A message from Cayde-6 to the Warlock vanguard, Ikora-Rey. I wonder how much Eris actually knows. She is one of Ikora's "hidden". A group of children playing at a God's game. When she approached me about Crota, I was surprised she even knew where to start. After Osiris, guardians these days are so... Misinformed. I agreed to go with her, to point her in the right direction. I didn't know whether or not I wanted them to succeed, but they did. Or, at least, she got someone else to continue her work. When we were down in those tunnels, I pretended to lose my way. We got separated, I told myself they would be fine, that my mission was more important. I left my ghost, long since having died, at the mouth of the portal, to lead them to believe me dead. It was selfish I know, but I had to learn the truth. What kind of power did the hive wield? I had told Erianna 3 about the song, I had hoped to bring her along, as a pet project. he didn't- couldn't- understand the beauty behind the song. But I learned it. I found Ir Yut, and I told her my story, and she sang me hers. It was the most amazing thing ever. It went thusly. (Blurred lines shimmer and change the longer you look at them, but somehow attract you) It killed me of course, but it was too late. I had learned the song. I was a God.
