How does arms day work?
I bought a package today, delivery is Wednesday. Today is Wednesday. I didn't get a delivery. Do I have to wait a whole week?
Also, I'm about to level the gunsmith again but it says max orders placed. I would place the next order...if it would deliver my current item.
Exactly how does this work?

Yeah, you get it the next time he gets new weapons, one week from now. It's like putting a special order that will be received next week
