I completed the Triumphs Emblem Requirements but...
When I go into the Solar System menus on Destiny, it says that I'm missing 2 Golden Chests on moon when before the patch I already had gotten all the chests expect for one on Venus and two on Mars and right now I got all the ones I missed but I'm not going back to Moon to get the two missing ones when it says online that I've completed the requirements for the Triumphs. Is this a glitch? Has anyone noticed?

Check all 3 characters The counter on the map only shows for the logged in character. So one character might have the moon list 5/5 while another character 3/5 Moments of triumph goes on at least a single character finding them all. So it's possible that your warlock doesn't have them all but your Titan does

Edited by Metni: 9/11/2015 3:29:13 AMYour Profile shows that you've completed the Triumphs, so you shouldn't worry about not receiving your emblem. It's possible that you're on a different character that hasn't found all the chests on the moon, since each individual character can collect all 20.
