If you buy the physical copy of the taken king...
Can you share it? Let's say I buy the physical copy, can I let my buddy use that same copy to download on to his consule?

Only way to get a physical copy is by buying Legendary or Collectors editions. The physical disc contains only Vanilla game. HoW, CE and TTK come in the form of download codes. I am on PSN, which allows you to download a code to two Playstations, with the caveat that you can play without logging in on your primary playstation, but if you play on the other you have to log in (pretty stupid when you have to log in to play anyway). If you check the licencing rules on XBox store for the 39.99 version, it should tell you what you can do with the download from there.

If you buy the physical copy you'll get a download code. Ttk is only digital there's no disk so yeah I assume you'll be able to share it like the other dlcs
