This was just a thought that came to me while watching one of the Taken King trailers and something odd occurred in one of them. While before we we seen Oryx as a vengeful father and King, he was also considered a hive god. A HIVE god not a Taken one. Yes he has the power to create Taken but he himself is a hive. However in one of the Legendary Edition Trailers his hands grew noticeably more like the white glowing colour we associate with the Taken. He was also twitching slightly, another theme we associate with the Taken. So my theory is that during the final raid part with Oryx, when he gets to low health maybe around 50-25%, he will get desperate and try to turn himself into a Taken to increase his power. From that point on it will be like fighting a different boss with a new set of tactics used for fighting him. Anyway this was just a thought I had but let me know if you guys agree or disagree in the comments.
