Is it still worth getting and upgrading?? I mean I still want to be lvl 34 w/ all 3 characters and still play Prison of Elders! But is it worth my time?? I have a limited time till Taken Kings and I know that! I jus don't know if its worth it!

Get to max lvl and then just stock pile it. It is not worth upgrading anymore. When TTK drops, the best gear will only be useful for a couple of missions.

I am in the same boat, I have a 33 titan and 30 warlock as well as a max hunter. Look at it this way though, you can do that stuff right now and gain a level or you can wait and just grind it the new way when it changes. I personally am not worried about it too much, might have a 32 warlock by the time ttk comes out and that would be fine. I think you are supposed to be a 25 to play any of the new stuff so it will work out.
