Game not working

I recently pre-ordered Destiny:The Taken King on my PS3 and my old Destiny:The Game stopped working. The PS3 shows an error "8002951E" and says that the content is not available before launch date even though Destiny:The Game released last year and i have been playing it without a problem since launch.

Did you previously use a disc to play Destiny and are now trying to use the Digital download of Destiny? If so you need to uninstall the Disc version and reinstall from the digital download.

That's a Playstation error code, not a Destiny error code. You'll have to contact Sony
