Cancer Patient (Prayers Please)

(Message Intended for Bungie) Hey guys, I doubt you will even see and/or read this, but I have been a huge fan of you guys since the halo days. I played Reach and i loved it, but do to parental restrictions, I was unable to buy and play halo 4. I have also played Destiny since day 1. I just wanted to let you guys know that i am currently going through a really hard time now. I have recently been diagnosed with liver cancer (2 days before my birthday actually). I am being treated by the guys at St. Jude in Memphis TN. I just wanted to contact you guys and say hi, thanks for the great games, and keep on improving. (especially you Rahool...) EDIT: Found out today that we are doing a procedure soon that is to put chemo directly into my liver. There is a 20% chance of total liver shutdown though. But at this point it is definitely worth it. If we can shrink this thing we can get it out sooner. Thanks for all of the support too guys! I knew I could depend on the awesome Destiny Community. EDIT 2: You guys are literally the best. I've just been looking around the community pages and I've seen so much crap people have been getting for dumb reasons. There has been one little hiccup but it was resolved really quickly. Thanks Guardians, keep on being awesome. EDIT 3: So my parents met with another surgeon about the story in the first edit, and he is much more confident about it then the last one. He thinks I shouldn't even have to spend the night, and that I'm gonna be perfectly fine if not a little tired the next day. So yay for good news. Thanks again to everyone replying here. You guys have made me and my family cry multiple times knowing that people that know me by a user name are praying for me. EDIT 4: Possibly going to go to Houston to get this procedure thing done in the next few weeks. I've been taken off of chemo for a month so my liver will be healthy enough for the procedure. Thanks for all the feedback guys. This is the best gaming community by far. EDIT 5: So today we are driving down to Houston to meet with some doctors and to get this better scan. Not actually doing any procedure/surgery yet. Just going to meet the people that would do that. EDIT 6: OK SO IGNORE PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING I'VE SAID. THIS DOCTOR ROCKS. HE IS PLANNING ON DOING A REMOVAL SURGERY THIS MONTH. POSSIBLY EVEN NEXT WEEK. He thinks that what was thought to have been portal vein occlusion (bad) isn't even there in the first place. This guy is so confident, he's renown for what he does. This week alone he has done like 5 liver surgeries. EDIT 7: So yea, today we left memphis and are driving to Houston again. Figured out that the surgeons are available for this Friday. Gonna be in the hospital for 5-7 days for recovery, then another 5-7 staying in Houston to avoid complications. Thanks for all the support through all of this guys. You are literally the best. Hoping this is almost over! EDIT 8: This stuff is crazy. That scan I had to get showed that there was a clot on my port line. So they have delayed the surgery until Friday, November 13th. Yup. Driving back home now, continuing chemotherapy until the 23rd, then driving back probably that Tuesday for another scan, meetings with the surgeons, and then final surgery on that Friday. I guess it's for the best.
