Strike "streak" will give you better loot longer you play! (AND MORE NEWS)
New things we know:
- [b]Strike "streaks"[/b] will give you better loot longer you play [b]without going into orbit[/b]!
- [b]Some of old exotic armor pieces will be upgradable to YEAR-2[/b] version and they will also [b]change color when using a shader[/b]!
- [b]Strikes will have unique legendary loot drops[/b], for example "Dust Palce" strikes ( recreated with TAKEN) will give you a glowing blue cloak for your hunter similar to Psion bosses.
- [u]New [/u][b]trophies[/b] and [b]achievements[/b]!

I mentioned a stacking like buff that increased the more strikes you did a long time ago. I'm happy something like this is being implemented as it might make the grind for that one thing you want (cough hopscotch) less stressful.

2 RepliesOh come on forum folk, look at what's happening to the game already. Everything, and I mean everything, I have read about the new game mechanics is designed to keep us playing for longer. It's not sustainable, I can see many people not keeping up and leaving. Don't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to the ttk but I'm not being taken in by slick marketing about ' improvements' bungee have just altered the shape and size of the hook!

6 RepliesCheck other posts by Luke and Mark. They're explaining how Legendaries and Legendary marks work, some info about Xur, etc. Mote of Light used to level up equip. Good thing I've got hundreds of them stored! Love the changes, I think I'm just going to freeze myself for next 2 weeks.

3 RepliesThe strike streak has already been around tho. If you just keep playing without exiting orbit, after a certain number of strikes, legendary engrams and rewards are more likely to drop.

Sweet. I've really been enjoying "grinding" strikes lately. Turn off game volume, crank up some Parkway Drive, equip Invective and run around blasting everything in the face for a couple hours.
