Be aware this was pre autorifle nerf and not the same rifle that can be obtained from the IB now. No, it does not! I absolutely LOVE this thing! With Counterbanlance AND Perfect Balance this weapon has the highest rate of fire possible but one of the easiest to control drifts ive seen in anything of the same family of high ROF weapons. Its like Atheons Epilogue, but doesn't disappoint at full upgrade. Not so viable for PvE but PvP it is almost a terror. I can top the score charts very easily with this weapon. If you are Rank 5 or Rank 4 and close to 5 I highly recommend giving this weapon a try. Also 66 Shots per mag and Glass Half Full? It really is an upgraded Atheons Epilogue. Minus the void damage. But who really needs that?
