According to lore. Probably.
Warlock: "Want to help us hunt some space dragons?"
Titan: "Can I punch them?"
Warlock: "Well, they fly actually. So no, not really."

This allows them to hunt them. Hunters cant fight a fully grown ahamkara, they will go insane or something. This is why they pick on the young. Titans arent assholes, and they cant resist the mind games, so they just avoid ahamkara entirely.
