Why are these Shaders so Rare?
I've seen other people with these shaders, but ive never gotten one or seen them drop
Arctic Proxy
Refraction Melt
Frostfire
Anybody have all of these? Whats the best way to get them?

I have refraction and frostfire. I got multiple of each from vangaurd packages.
