Exotic Bounty Idea

For those of you who might not know, the Khvostov 7G-02 used to have an Exotic upgrade like Husk of the Pit but was scrapped just before the beta was released. So here's my idea for a bounty to retrieve it. I will add that if you already had the Common Auto Rifle by the time you retrieved the bounty, you would skip the first step. Stage 1: "Breach the Vault."
Once you hit Level 20, you would see a notification from the Tower. You would go visit the Gunsmith. He would tell you he had an "intense, as well as sudden urge and need to produce this weapon." He would tell you to go to The Breach in the Cosmodrome, where a Fallen Baron hides a vault of treasure. The Khvostov would be there. You would go to the Cosmodrome, find the Baron in The Breach, kill him, and access his vault via the hole in the wall. The vault itself would look very similar to the Treasure Room in PoE. There would be a chest in the middle that, once opened, would give you the Khvostov 7G-02.
Stage 2: "The Great Heist."
With the gun equipped, the Gunsmith would have you scavenge for a special type of Exotic weapon parts called "Rifle Parts." They would have the Exotic sound rather than normal. You would kill enemies, and open loot chests anywhere in the Cosmodrome. Fallen Wolf chests on Earth would have a chance (though smaller,) of dropping these parts.
Stage 3: "Golden Age Revival."
You go back to the Gunsmith, who looks at the parts, then realizes he needs blueprints to assemble it properly, but he doesn't know where to find them. To find out, he tells you to remove is memory card (basically his brain,) and have the Cryptarch scan it to see if he knows. Once done, the Cryptarch would tell you that this particular weapon was being developed during the Golden Age in Rasputin's bunker literally days before the Collapse, so the Seraphim Vault would be the best place to find blueprints. Once back in Orbit, a new Quest would be available called "Devils' Grasp." This quest would take you to Bunker Ras-2 in Forgotten Shore. Once at the door, Rasputin's distress music would play. The Cryptarch would then talk over radio. Cryptarch: "Eris Morne said that music means Rasputin's in trouble. What's going on?" The door to the Bunker would open, steam emanating from it. Players would enter the Seraphim Vault, and see Fallen Devils. Cryptarch: "The House of Devils?! What are they in here for?! Hold on, I'll contact Variks." Soon after, Variks would speak. Variks: "You have problems with Devils, yesssss? Let me see." *fallen noises* "Bad. Very bad. Strong levels of Ether detected near Warmind. Fallen coms speak of Kell of Devils weaving into Rasputin. *fallen noises* "Find Kell. Kill him dead." At this point, the lighting in the Vault would change to a shade of Red. Rasputin's song would get louder, and faster. Cryptarch: "Hurry, Guardian! Save Rasputin!" You fight through the Fallen, eventually reaching the entrance to Rasputin's room. The doors are guarded by High Servitors, and Vandals classified as "Kell's Guard(s)." Looking through the viewing window, you see a massive Fallen connected via tubes to Rasputin. Once in the room, the Kell turns to you, rips away from the tubes, and says something in Fallen language while laughing. Variks: "Kell challenges you, Guardian. He says "Foolish servant of the Machine. I am unstoppable. Soon, I will be Kell of Kells." You then fight him. He behaves like the Archon Priest, but at max level with Arc Burn, and Lightswitch. You would fight him and other Fallen. Once he is down, the other Fallen vanish. You are then prompted to have Ghost scan Rasputin. Once done, the lighting would return to normal, and happy music would play. You would then receive "Rifle Blueprints" as a gift from Rasputin for freeing him.
Stage 4: "Intelligence of Meridian Bay."
You come back to the Gunsmith again, who is exceedingly grateful for your efforts, and rewards you by having your next weapon reforge be free of charge. But after looking at the blueprints, he sees another missing part, a type of magazine with "extraordinary capabilities." He tells you stuff like that was never developed on Earth, but he doesn't know where to look. He says the best place to try first is a weapons research and development facility in Freehold on Mars. Once in Orbit, another Quest is available called "Breakthrough," which is on Mars. Once on the planet, Ghost speaks. Ghost: "Alright, Banshee wants us to look for a weapons facility that once belonged to Omolon, the guys that developed Hard Light. I think I know where that is." You are then directed to go to Freehold, and into the Dust Palace. Once there, you reach the massive room where the big staircases are. But instead of going up, you stay on the ground. Underneath the stairs is an entry door (this is actually in the game, but what's beyond it, idk.) Ghost begins scanning it. Ghost: "Yup, this is it. This door hasn't been opened in centuries, though. It'll take some time." While Ghost opens it, Cabal appear to stop you. Ghost: "Uh, why would the Cabal be trying to stop us if they've never been in here?" After a little while, Ghost opens the door. It grinds slowly open, sparks and dust flying. Inside is a stairwell going down a dark hallway. Inside, it's pitch black. Ghost activates his light, only to see thick dust everywhere. You cannot see an inch in any direction. Ghost: "Well, I guess watch your step." Dark, ominous, and creepy music begins playing (perhaps violins playing sharp, high notes in a way that makes hair stand on end.) After the stairwell is what used to be a power generator room. Then the music suddenly goes completely silent. One small computer screen is lit up. Ghost: *whispers* "What is that? Let me check." You have Ghost scan the computer. Ghost: "Fortunately, I found where this gun magazine is stored. Unfortunately, it's on the other side of this floor, and our communications just went dead from jamming of some sort. I'll see if I can get us through." You turn from the computer, only to get jumpscared by a Vex Goblin that was standing inches from your face behind you the whole time. You kill it. Ghost: "Oh no! The Vex are getting in!" You begin hearing Vex noises, and see Goblins appear around you. You are forced to run to where you're supposed to go, relying only on your tracker, due to the dust fogging up the room. Now the Vex theme music plays. Eventually, you see a lit up glass cabinet in another room. Ghost: "The part's in there! I'll open it!" Ghost begins cracking the lock. In the meantime, more Goblins appear. But these Vex behave differently, almost like... Zombies. The Goblins come in hordes, some without heads. They have scratches and bullet holes in their armor. Some time later, Ghost opens the cabinet. The Vex vanish. You are awarded with "Multi Rifle Magazine." Ghost: "I can't wait to get out of here."
Stage 5: "The Final Piece."
Upon returning to the Gunsmith, he nearly assembles the gun, but tells you that "due to the magazine's mechanics, this thing is violently unstable, and could break if you use it now." He says all that's left is to find some Magazine Stabilizers, and if you found the magazine on Mars, you could find Stabilizers there too. Afterwards, one last Quest is available, called "The Final Piece." When the Quest starts, you spawn outside the Dust Palace. Ghost: "Well, off we go." You soon reach the same entrance door. Ghost: "We're going back into the weapons facility. I really hope you're ready for this." Inside, the dust is still there. Ghost becomes a flashlight. Once at the bottom of the stairs, Vex appear immediately. Ghost: "According to schematics, the Stabilizers should be stored in separate rooms all over this floor. Come on, we have no time to loose!" You go to different rooms, opening loot chests that contain Magazine Stabilizers. After that, you're done. Upon returning to the Gunsmith in the Tower, he installs the Stabilizers, and happily presents you the Ancient Ally.
I'll post a link leading to the gun itself, and it's perks tomorrow. I don't have time right now, as I need some sleep. But for now, please read that. Feedback is very much appreciated. EDIT: This post should now have a link going to the gun. Come see!
