Reporting Racial Harassment
In everything I've read, it's basically impossible to report harassment to Bungie unless one uses in game reporting tools. I have screen captures of racist messages from three players that were on an opposing fireteam but do not have access to in game reporting tools. I messaged Cozmo, Deej, and a moderator (and I completely understand that everyone is incredibly busy) but it seems that there should be a way to report racist bullying/harassing behavior on bungie.net. Is there any way to do so?

There are millions of people like this, and it's expected online, which is an anonymous environment. You can report and block communications with users you don't want to receive anything from, as mentioned below. Try not to take anything to heart.
