New Account

My account was recently banned by Sony for a reason which never occurred, I have contacted Sony and they have been very rude every time (besides once but they guy sent me to a 'specialist' who ended up being very rude) I lost access to my account and everything I had on Destiny, I would like to transfer everything from my other account to this one, can a Bungie Employee please assist me, I know you guys do not normally do things like this but I was banned for a reason that never even took place. Please help me out, I bought Destiny and have all the DLC, I will not have access to future DLC but if my stats are transfer ed I will buy the DLC again on my new account if not I will no longer be play Destiny as I lost everything that took me a lot of time to earn and level up.
