I have 3 exotics. Two weapons and a helmet. I have an exotic shard and other required materials. So then why can;t i ascend it! When i go into the perk tree, the place where the ascend bubble would be is gone. Blank space instead. Do i unlock it once i fully level or what? I dont know whats going on plz help.
