I have found that a large quantity of people still don't know this. I'd like to teach more people about using the Titan boost to move more effectively in crucible. (Hey we can't blink, might as well make the most of it!) Now just to be clear, I am in agreement that hunters are much faster in other areas such as quickdraw, blink, high agility, lunge melee and so on. Nevertheless, if one knows how to use this strategy effectively, you can outrun [i]anything.[/i] A Titan like myself using this strat can easily outrun an Arc Blading Hunter with fleet footed and blink. I am serious, I know from experience and I'm sure some of my fellow Titans can back me up. If you want you can add MIDA for increased effect. Edit- lol those people who still don't believe it. ;-; Edit 2- some people say that the Bones of Eao with increased control is faster. I asked Holtzmann of Planet Destiny specifically about this on his Twitch stream. (He was running Bones and increased control) He said that he likes the Hunter setup for all the control he gets but the fast Titan strat is way better for traversing the map quickly. Edit 3- Me and my friend tested this outright. He was using Bones of Eao, increased control, fleet footed, max agility and MIDA Multitool. I used Mk.44 Stand Asides, increased control, highest agility I could, shoulder charge and MIDA Multitool. The racing took place on a large, flat, open surface. For those wondering it is actually the roof of Tharsis Junction. You run over it when glitching into the Black Garden from patrol Mars. So no ceiling. The results were [i]very close[/i]. In a pure race from one end to the other over multiple attempts it is too close to call. Somebody more experienced than me in the Titan skates like AE_Gabriel would probably have easily won, but then again, somebody more experienced in the Bones strat could do the same. However it is worth noting that when fast traveling with the Bones you end up much higher off the ground simply because of the type of jump. So in a real circumstance of traveling like that would throw you into many walls, ceilings and doorways. So I stand my ground that the Titan skates are better for traversing the map quickly. Also worth noting that the Titan skates do not require an exotic slot to work.
