A "Super" Paradox Feat. MasterChief
Here are the rules,
• No vehicles
• No power weapons
• No reinforcements

Edit: I don't like doing these, but the first two people who replied were Batman and MC

Master Chief has the superior overall strength, and may be able to take Batman in hand-to-hand combat (strong maybe), but Batman's array of gages could also give him an edge . I'd say it's a tie.
