New Moderating Structure?

Personally I have no clue whatsoever, but apparently not everyone agrees on it. Since it's on HFCS' page, I don't think it's a big forum update, but more of a change in moderation policy.
I guess we'll have to wait for tomorrow to see what's up.

Reading this thread has really bored me of Bnet and deprived me of doing my homework and visiting my private groups, Bungiepedia, and do some other stuff on here that I would have done normally.

OMG I just read through the last 20 pages trying to get caught up, and almost nothing was said really. I did notice on thing though, have the member title requirements been relaxed? I noticed lots of members title have jumped up.
